After a car has been driven for a certain distance, we all know that it needs inspection and maintenance, such as changing the oil and filter, etc. Since the Lamo electric dining car is driven by electricity, it does not have spark plugs, filters or other accessories. Does the Lamo electric dining car need to be inspected after being used for a period of time? The answer is yes, because regular maintenance inspections include inspections of the brake system, circuit system, etc. wait. Well, when we inspect the electric Food Truck, the electric Food Truck manufacturer tells us what aspects need to be inspected:
1. Forward/reverse control: Check whether the operation is correct.
2. Brake: Ensure that the brake function is accurate. When the brake pedal is fully depressed with appropriate pressure, the vehicle should stop smoothly and in a straight line.
3. Parking brake: When locked, the parking brake should lock the wheels and keep the vehicle unchanged. It should release when the accelerator pedal is depressed.
4. Reverse buzzer: When the forward/reverse switch is placed in the R "reverse" position, the reversing buzzer should sound as a warning.
5. General: All parts should be in the correct position and installed correctly. Make sure all nuts, bolts and screws are tightened.
6. Safety signs and message boards: Check to ensure that all safety signs and message boards are in their proper place.
7. Tires: Check the exact pressure. Visually inspect daily for wear, damage, and correct inflation.
8. Battery: Check the electrolyte to ensure the correct level. Check the battery terminals. Leads should be tight and free of corrosion.
9. Charger wires, plugs and sockets: Visually inspect for cracks, loose connections and worn leads.
